Jennifer Horrom

Jennifer Horrom serves as the Vice President of Legal, Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions at SSM Health since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. from September 2003 to June 2019, initially as an Associate Attorney specializing in corporate law, particularly in the health care sector, and later as an Officer in the corporate practice group focusing on transactional matters for health care organizations, including mergers and acquisitions. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (2000-2003) and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Saint Louis University (1996-2000).
