Keith Seifert

Keith Seifert possesses extensive experience in human capital technology and application development, currently serving as a Senior Human Capital Technology Analyst at SSM Health since 2011. In this role, Keith has acted as a subject matter expert for the Workday Time and Absence Modules since their Go-Live in 2019, handling necessary configurations for daily operations. Previously, Keith worked as a Senior Application Analyst/Developer, leading the implementation of the SAP Time Management Module across multiple hospital locations. Prior to SSM Health, Keith held positions at Smurfit Stone as a Senior Team Lead/ABAP Developer, managing internal and offshore development teams, and at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Senior MIS Specialist, where significant contributions included functions as a lead HR configurator for Personnel Management and Organizational Management Modules. Keith's educational background includes studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE).
