Lou Reda has extensive experience in quality assurance and project management within the nuclear energy sector. Currently serving as QA Manager at SSM Industries, Inc. since May 2013, Lou oversees a 10CFR50 Quality Program focusing on the manufacturing of HVAC components for international nuclear plants. Prior to this, Lou worked as a QA Engineer at Siemens Energy from June 2007 to April 2013, where responsibilities included vendor surveillance, auditing, and facilitating LEAN initiatives. Lou began a career at SSM Industries in June 1995 as a Quality Control Inspector, eventually advancing to the role of Project Manager in the Power Division before transitioning to the QA Manager position.
