Vincent Lafitte

Vincent Lafitte, PHR, SHRM-CP, CDFA, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst and Senior Associate at SSOE Group since March 2022, focusing on the administration and innovation of HR-related systems. Prior to this role, Vincent held the position of Manager of Human Resources at SSOE | Stevens & Wilkinson from January 2012 to March 2022, overseeing an expanded team of over 180 personnel following the merger with SSOE, Inc. Early career experiences include roles at Publix Supermarkets Inc, where responsibilities ranged from administrative coordination in human resources to customer service management. Vincent earned a BBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, attending from 2002 to 2011.
