Christina Morgan

Christina Morgan serves as the Group Head of Executive Search at SSP Group plc since 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the global board and executive search function, developing a long-term strategy, and driving recruitment of senior leadership to support organizational growth. Previously, Christina held the position of Manager for Private Equity at GLG from 2020 to 2022, collaborating with a team to deliver insights during global M&A deal flows for private equity clients. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Analyst and Global Sustainability Lead at Egon Zehnder from 2018 to 2019, focusing on mapping BAME leaders globally and spearheading sustainability initiatives. Christina holds an MSc in Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, obtained in 2017.
