Shamara Gayle

Shamara Gayle possesses extensive experience in company secretarial roles, having served as a Company Secretarial Assistant at SSP Group Plc since February 2017 and previously at Canopius Group from September 2013 to November 2016. Prior experience includes a position as Team Secretary (Actuarial) at Aspen Re from April 2008 to September 2013 and as a Legal Administrator at Cardif Pinnacle from November 2006 to April 2008. Shamara holds an ILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma from Stanmore College and has completed AS Level studies in French and German at Harrow College. Currently enrolled in The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland's Company Secretarial Qualifying Scheme, Shamara continues to advance knowledge in governance and company secretarial practices.
