Dennis Allen, GISP has extensive experience in GIS consulting and administration. Dennis began their career as a GIS Technician/Intern at Box Elder County, where they developed a new system and workflow to update the county's PLSS section corner database. Dennis also conducted field visits to collect GPS data and created an emergency notification system enrollment process.

Following this role, Dennis worked as a GIS Specialist III at Brigham City, where they administered the city's GIS program and managed GIS and GPS hardware and software. Dennis also administered ArcGIS Server and developed web and mobile applications.

Dennis then joined Vivint Wireless as a GIS Analyst and later became the GIS Manager. In these roles, they performed spatial analysis and provided GIS services.

In 2015, Dennis became the GIS/IT Administrator at the City of Farmington, Utah, where they oversaw the administration and maintenance of the city's GIS and IT systems.

Most recently, Dennis joined SSP Innovations, LLC as a GIS Consultant in 2021.
