Larry Janousek, PMP, PSM I

Larry Janousek, PMP, PSM I have extensive work experience in project management and portfolio management. Larry is currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the PMO at SSP Innovations, LLC since May 2022. Larry'sprevious role was as a Portfolio Engineering Manager in Fee for Service Medicaid at Navitus Health Solutions from February 2022 to May 2022.

Prior to that, Larry held various roles at Navitus Health Solutions, including Project and Portfolio Manager in IT Enterprise Services from November 2018 to February 2022, Project Manager in the PMO from June 2017 to November 2018, Associate Manager in Government Programs from April 2015 to June 2017, Project Manager in Government Programs from October 2013 to April 2015, and Business Analyst in the PMO from August 2011 to October 2013.

Larry also gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst in the PMO at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company from January 2009 to July 2011. Overall, Larry Janousek's career has been focused on project management and they possess strong leadership and analytical skills.

Larry Janousek, PMP, PSM I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. In 2012, they also obtained a Lean Enterprise Project Certificate from Fox Valley Technical College, specializing in Lean Process Improvement.

In addition to their educational background, Larry has achieved several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they acquired the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification. Furthermore, Larry has a range of other certifications related to agile methodologies, lean technology strategy, setting up a PMO, and the latest edition of the PMBOK® Guide. These additional certifications were obtained primarily in 2022 from LinkedIn, with the exception of the Lean Enterprise Project Certificate, which was obtained from Fox Valley Technical College.
