Davide Cappelletti

Davide Cappelletti has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Davide started their career as a Stress Engineering Analyst at AgustaWestland and later moved on to NOESIM Srl, where they continued in the same role. During this time, they gained proficiency in aerospace software and performed static FEM analysis on helicopter components.

In 2013, Davide joined Porsche Consulting Group as an Intern in Management Consulting. Davide implemented lean production tools and conducted cost deployment analysis for various companies, improving productivity and uncovering operational cost savings.

From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Tenaris in different roles. As a Project Manager, they led technical investments and managed the installation of robotic cell islands. Davide was also responsible for warehouse and distribution management, overseeing logistic operations and budget alignment.

In 2020, Davide joined Amazon as an Operations Manager, where they managed the night shift Robotic Warehouse department and implemented high standards in safety and productivity. Davide later became a Subject Matter Expert and Senior Operations Manager, leading diverse teams and overseeing the fulfillment center inventory.

Currently, Davide is working at Symbotic as a Program Manager Configuration. Davide utilizes AI-powered robotic technology to change the way consumer goods move through the supply chain.

Throughout their career, Davide has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in process improvement, and a focus on cost control and budget alignment.

Davide Cappelletti's education history includes various degrees and certifications. Davide completed a Management Development Program at Tenaris University, where they continuously developed their skills. Davide also pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. At the Liceo Scientifico, they obtained a Diploma of scientifically studies. Additionally, Davide obtained an edX Honor Code Certificate for Introduction to Steel, demonstrating their commitment to further learning and expertise in the field.
