Regina L Carroll, PMP, CSM has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Regina L currently works at SSP Innovations, LLC as a Program Manager since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at the same company from May 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining SSP Innovations, Regina worked at IBM as an Information Technology Project Manager from November 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they managed the CMS Interoperability and Client Readiness Project, aligning delivery, sales, and data integration teams to implement an Interoperability solution for clients. Regina L was also involved in the MMIS Replacement Project, overseeing the development of an enterprise data warehouse and program integrity modules for Medicaid Modernization.

From 2016 to 2019, Regina worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at NTT DATA, where they managed the Office for Administrative and Technology Services for the state of Kentucky. Regina L was responsible for business processes, training, user support, and the implementation of an online enrollment portal for Medicaid Service Providers.

Prior to that, Regina worked at TEKsystems as an IT Project Manager, starting in September 2015. Regina L initially joined as a Business Analyst and Trainer for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) and was promoted to Project Manager after six months. Regina L'sresponsibilities included analyzing, developing, designing, and implementing a training program for the Medicaid Waiver Contact Center.

Regina also has experience in non-profit organizations, having served as the Chapter Chair for SCORE - Lexington, KY Chapter from February 2013 to September 2015. In this role, they led and developed the performance and viability of the organization, mentoring SMBs and entrepreneurs through strategic planning and community outreach.

Earlier in their career, Regina worked at Vivial as a District Learning Consultant, District Manager, and Senior Sales Trainer, from 2002 to 2012. In these roles, they designed and implemented training programs, managed sales teams, and delivered new employee on-boarding programs.

Regina started their career as an Advertising Sales Professional at Verizon Information Services from June 2000 to June 2002. Regina L also worked as a Resource/Public Relations Coordinator at the Office of the Mayor: Partners for Youth from January 1999 to June 2000.

Regina L Carroll, PMP, CSM has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Bluegrass Community and Technical College from 1993 to 1996, where they earned an Associates of Arts degree. In addition to their formal education, Regina has obtained several certifications including PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2015 and Certified Scrum Master (CMS) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2019. Regina L has also acquired various certifications from IBM, such as People Skills - Communication, Presentation, Collaboration, and Problem Solving, IBM Virtual Collaborator, Cognitive Practitioner, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, IBM Child Welfare Solution®: Level 1, and IBM Agile Explorer. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in April 2019, and completed the Transition to Scrum: Agile Foundation to Scrum course offered by Skillsoft in August 2020.
