Connie E. is the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours, a leading cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City since June 2012. With extensive experience in business, Connie also serves as a copropietario at Grupo Rexa, a family-owned company involved in constructing and selling warehouses to AAA companies in Mexico since 2002. Previous roles include a marketing position at BBVA en México from 2008 to 2011, where high-value marketing strategies were implemented, and a senior consultant role at Deloitte in 2005. Connie holds multiple degrees, including an MSc. in Public Policy and Public Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and an MBA from IPADE Business School, among others.
