Margie Engle-Bauer

Margie Engle-Bauer is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Currently serving as Research Director at SSRS since August 2018, Margie has also held the position of Associate Research Director. Prior to this role, Margie worked at the John Templeton Foundation, where responsibilities included organizing and analyzing grant assessment data. Margie's earlier experience at Princeton Survey Research Associates International spanned nearly two decades, during which leadership was demonstrated in various roles, culminating as Senior Project Director, coordinating research teams and engaging with clients to design impactful studies. Margie holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science, as well as an M.Ed in Educational Psychology from Rutgers University and Rutgers School of Education, respectively.
