Victor Flanagan

Victor Flanagan currently serves as the General Manager at SSW Advanced Technologies, LLC since September 2021. With extensive experience in operations management, Victor has held various leadership roles, including Multi Plant Manager at Datamars NA and Operations Manager at both Armstrong Flooring, Inc. and Novolex. Prior positions include responsibilities as a Senior Operations Manager at Schnellecke Logistics, Director of Operations at Encon, and Superintendent roles at Novolex and Ford Motor Company. Educational credentials include ongoing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, along with an MBA and Master’s in Operations Management from Kettering University, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. An Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering was obtained from Chattanooga State Community College.
