Caroline Cramer

Caroline Cramer has worked in a variety of positions in their career, most notably as the Director of Facilities and Transportation for the Brandon School Division and as the Operations Manager for Secure Energy Services Inc. Caroline currently holds the position of Director of Operations at St.Amant.

Caroline has always been interested in helping others and ensuring their safety. This led their to pursue a career in occupational health and safety. Caroline has worked as an Occupational Health and Safety Manager for both SNC Lavalin O&M and Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions. In these positions, Caroline was responsible for ensuring that employees were following proper safety procedures and that the workplace was free of hazards.

In their current role as Director of Operations at St.Amant, Caroline is responsible for overseeing the organization's daily operations. Caroline ensures that all departments are functioning smoothly and that St.Amant's clients are receiving the best possible care. Caroline is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve St.Amant's operations.

Caroline has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from Athabasca University. Caroline is also a CSO (Construction Safety Officer) and has a Manitoba Municipal Administration CMMA (Certified Municipal Manager Association) designation from the University of Manitoba.
