Chantal Reznik

Chantal Reznik is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at St. Andrews Country Club since 2009, Chantal oversees all HR functions, including recruitment and staff on-boarding. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Worldata, where Chantal developed HR policies and initiatives, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Wyndham Worldwide/RCI, focusing on improving hiring quality and employee relations. Earlier experience also includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Edward Nathan Sonnenberg Law. Chantal holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
