Anna Williams

Originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and working across global organizations Anna joined St Andrew’s Healthcare in late 2019. This deliberate step into healthcare was driven by Anna’s desire to be part of a team dedicated to helping people transform their lives.

Anna spent the early part of her career at PwC working in Assurance. She then moved into the car industry working at Audi and the wider Volkswagen Group. Anna built a depth of experience across a variety of roles; business improvement, people development, and innovation.

Having joined St Andrew’s Healthcare as Deputy Director of Operations, Anna was swiftly promoted to Director of Performance. She oversees the Charity’s Integrated Performance Framework - supporting the achievement of the organization’s strategic and operating goals by measuring, monitoring, and enabling improvement across; quality, workforce, finance and support services.
