Dominic Kwofie

Dominic Kwofie has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Dominic started their career at Cobra Group of Companies, where they progressively took on roles with increasing responsibilities, such as Client Operations Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. In these positions, they managed teams, monitored performance, negotiated contracts, and implemented process improvements. Dominic also achieved significant cost savings and revenue growth through various initiatives.

Dominic then moved on to work at TalkTalk, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Business Intelligence & Commercial Analysis Manager and Interim Head Business Intelligence Manager. In these positions, they led a team of analysts and developers, focused on reporting, automation, and self-serve dashboard implementation. Dominic also played a key role in consolidating reporting teams and reducing annual spend.

Following their time at TalkTalk, Dominic briefly worked at FDMUK Ltd. as the Head of Business Intelligence and Operations. From there, they joined Capita as a Customer Experience Design & Delivery Manager, responsible for shaping customer experience strategies.

Currently, Dominic is at St Andrew's Healthcare, where they have held various roles, including Deputy Director of Operations, Head of Operations, Service Director, and Director of Operations. In these positions, they have provided strategic leadership, ensured quality assessments, collaborated with clinical colleagues for service development opportunities, and managed budgets.

Dominic Kwofie attended Presbyterian Boy's Secondary School from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study. Dominic later returned to the same school and studied Economics and Religious Studies from 1994 to 1997, completing their A-Level studies. Dominic also obtained several additional certifications in various fields from LinkedIn and other institutions between 2018 and 2019.
