Scott Semple Fcipd

Scott Semple FCIPD currently serves as the Director of People at St Andrews Links since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Previously, Scott held the position of Head of People and OD at Scottish Fire and Rescue Service from March 2020 to September 2022, and prior to that, was the Director for People at Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) from September 2013 to March 2020, focusing on the strategic direction of HR, L&D, and volunteer management. Scott's career began at NHS Ayrshire and Arran, where multiple roles, including Head of Employment Relations and HR Manager, provided a strong foundation in employee relations and operational HR management. Scott's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and additional qualifications in Governance and Human Resource Management from respected institutions.
