Tara Nooy

Tara Nooy has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions and a food company. Tara worked as the Head of Sport at St Andrew's School for Girls, where they managed coaching staff, handled relationships with parents and athletes, and organized tours and training schedules for all sports. Tara also worked as the Head of Rowing at the same school, where they focused on improving rowing and creating a positive club culture. Prior to that, Tara was an Executive Assistant at Fonterra, where they managed agendas, meetings, office supplies, and coordinated logistics. Tara also held positions as the Head of Department at Hillcrest International Schools, and as a Sports Coordinator at Assumption Convent School and SAHETI School. Throughout their various roles, Tara gained skills in management, prioritization, planning, and strategic organization.

Tara Nooy began their education at Rhodes University in 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Kinetics & Ergonomics and Psychology until their graduation in 2007. In 2008, they attended the University of Johannesburg and completed an Honours degree in Sports Science. Following this, in 2010, they returned to the University of Johannesburg to obtain a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching.
