Louanne Gill has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Louanne started their career at Investec in 1994 as an Accountant and worked there until 2001. Louanne then joined Bank of Ireland as a Business Analyst and Consultant from 2001 to 2004. In 2006, they became the Owner of Myrtle House. Louanne then transitioned into the education field, starting as a Maths Teacher at BMS from 2011 to 2012, followed by a role as a Maths Teacher at Kingham Hill School from 2013 to 2017. Louanne then joined Westonbirt School & Westonbirt Prep, where they held various roles including Head Of Mathematics Department and Head of Key Stage 5 Mathematics, Teacher of Economics from 2017 to 2019.
