CSEAR UK, based at St Andrews, has been associated with St. Andrews University since January 1999, serving as the Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research. As of 2018, CSEAR UK has also been operating from the CSEAR Head Office, focusing on creating a global community of scholars dedicated to promoting sustainability through accounting scholarship. This international membership-based network engages with students, activists, practitioners, policy makers, and other stakeholders to advance knowledge in social and environmental accounting and accountability. Education was completed at the University of St Andrews.
