Brian Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Brian began their career in the US Army as a Gunner, serving from August 1997 to May 2007. Following their military service, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a sales manager from June 2008 to September 2019. Brian then worked for The Community Builders, Inc. as an Area Maintenance Manager, overseeing a maintenance team responsible for over 100 low-income housing units, managing budgets and schedules, and handling all aspects of construction. Most recently, they joined St. Anne Institute as the Director of Facilities Management starting in August 2022.
Brian Henderson earned an Associate's degree in Social Work from Dutchess Community College between 1998 and 2000. Brian also obtained a certification as a Lead-Safe Renovation Contractor from USDA in October 2017.

St. Anne Institute is a voluntary, non-sectarian, residential and community based treatment center. St. Anne's comprehensive programs include a year-round Regents Accredited and Certified Jr. And Sr. High School for the emotionally handicapped; Residential Child Care for young women ages 12-21; Day Treatment/Family Services for children and families in crisis; a Pre School/ Day Care for children ages 3-3; and Prevention .
