Christina Trenton

Christina Trenton is a dedicated mental performance consultant and educator with extensive experience in both athletic and educational settings. As the owner of Fit Mind Consulting since March 2015, Christina specializes in mental skills training for athletes, supporting performance enhancement through workshops and personalized consultations. Christina is a member of the American Psychological Association Division 47 and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and holds CC-AASP provisional status. In addition to consulting, Christina has been an associate preschool teacher at St. Anne School since September 2005, where responsibilities include curriculum preparation and effective communication with students and parents. Christina's background also includes various roles in sports coaching and mental performance consulting for different organizations, along with formal education, culminating in a Master's degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.
