Ashley Sousa-Costello is an experienced educator with a strong background in supporting youth in various roles. Currently serving as a Teacher at St. Ann's Home & School since August 2019, Ashley previously worked as a Teacher Assistant at NASHUA CHILDRENS HOME from September 2018 to June 2019. Prior experience includes working as a Therapeutic Mentor at Lahey Health Behavioral Services, where structured, strength-based support services were provided to youth under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Earlier roles include an internship at the Lowell Police Department and kitchen staff at Merrimack River Valley House. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Franklin Pierce University, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Middlesex Community College.
