Sara Wager

Sara Wager serves as the Clinical Director at St. Augustine Preparatory Academy, where oversight of K-12 school-wide social work programs is provided alongside a team of social workers and interns. With a robust background in both educational and medical social work, Sara has held roles such as Director of Social Work, where management of a social work team and direct services to approximately 150 students were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions at Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers and Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, focusing on crisis intervention, counseling, and resource coordination for diverse populations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
