Jon Kelley

Jon Kelley has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as the Early Careers Manager at St Austell Brewery since March 2001. In this role, Jon manages apprenticeship programs, internships, and postgraduate initiatives while collaborating with educational institutions to empower existing employees and attract new talent. Previous positions include early careers roles and various managerial roles at St Austell Brewery, as well as chef positions at Richardson Hotels and The Old Quay House. Jon's educational qualifications include a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, a GNVQ in Food Cooking and Preparation, and several A-levels alongside coaching qualifications.
