Melanie Martin has over 30 years of work experience, with their most recent role being as the Head of People at St Austell Brewery starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The HEINEKEN Company as an HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they had various roles at John Lewis, including Regional HR Business Partner, Retail Business Partner, Operations Manager, Selling, HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager, Commercial Support Manager, Section Manager, and Selling Partner, spanning from 1993 to 2018.

Melanie Martin attended Attleborough High School from 1987 to 1992. Melanie obtained an Associate CIPD certification from CIPD in 2017.
