Nooge Hartsfield, MSW, LSW, serves as a Supervising Program Support Specialist at the New Jersey Department of Children and Families since April 2022, providing leadership and project coordination for health and wellness initiatives aimed at supporting over 6,500 staff members. In addition to this role, Nooge has been an Adjunct Professor at Berkeley College and Union County College since 2015, teaching courses in the Humanities & Social Sciences with a focus on diverse perspectives and effective online instruction. With extensive experience in mental health and social services, Nooge has also worked as a Certified Psychiatric Screener at St. Barnabas Health System, performed as a Program Manager for the DCF's Division on Women, and served in various positions within child welfare and advocacy sectors. Nooge holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and several specialized certificates related to child advocacy and public policy.
