Jakub Bartnik

Jakub Bartnik is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Medical Director & Vice Chair and Associate Medical Director at SBH Health System since January 2018, and as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Phelps Hospital since March 2020. Bartnik has previously held roles including Director and Associate Director of Emergency Ultrasound at SBH Health System and served as an Emergency Medicine Physician and Emergency Ultrasound Fellow at North Shore University Hospital from January to December 2017. Bartnik began medical training as an Emergency Medicine Resident and Chief Resident at St. Barnabas Hospital and completed a Surgery Residency at Lutheran Medical Center. Bartnik earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut.
