Diana Gutkovich has extensive experience in the aged care industry, with their most recent role being the Director of Care, Quality & Risk at St. Basil's Aged Care NSW & ACT. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Quality & Compliance at RSL LIFECARE LIMITED, where they were responsible for maintaining a robust quality and compliance system. Diana also served as the General Manager of Clinical Governance at RSL LIFECARE LIMITED. Before joining RSL LIFECARE LIMITED, Diana held various positions at HammondCare, Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, and the Department of Health and Ageing. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on quality improvement and compliance in the aged care sector.

Diana Gutkovich pursued their Master of Science degree in Dementia and Management from the University of Wollongong. This educational journey spanned from 2010 to 2013.
