The Quality and Risk Management Team at St. Basil's Aged Care NSW & ACT is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance across the organization. They identify potential risks, implement quality improvement initiatives, and maintain regulatory adherence to guarantee safe and effective care for residents, particularly those from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a special focus on the Greek community.
