Melissa Curran

Melissa Curran has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Melissa started their career as a Senior Internal Auditor at Kohler Co., where they conducted audit procedures and evaluated opportunities for improvement. Melissa then moved on to Strong Financial Corp, where they held various roles, including Mutual Fund Expense Specialist, Domestic Equity Team Leader, and Transfer Agency Financial Analyst. Melissa managed budgets, developed expense scorecards, and led project teams to drive operational efficiencies.

Melissa later joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Sr. Financial Analyst, responsible for reporting motorcycle material costs and preparing financial statements. Melissa then worked at Cielo Talent as an Accountant and Strategic Analyst, where they partnered with the CFO to establish core finance processes and built gross profit forecasting tools.
