Minda Suchan is currently a Trustee at St Catherine University. Prior to that, they were the Director at Riverside Research from January 2020 to November 2020. In this role, they led a team of program managers and engineers focused on advancing and growing critical national capabilities in the Intelligence Community. Minda was also responsible for government program execution along with the supervision and coordination of engineers and software developers working in the Centerville, VA research facility and in customer locations. Development work included modeling and simulation, application development, and R&D prototypes.
Before Riverside Research, Minda spent 5 years at Harris Corporation from May 2014 to July 2019 as the Vice President of Strategy, Business Development, and Technology for Harris Electronic Systems segment. In this role, they were responsible for leading strategic development for growth initiatives, BD, technology investment, marketing, communications, and business analytics for a portfolio of solutions in electronic warfare, (including carriage and release systems), wireless solutions, C4I systems, and mission networks.
During their time at Harris Corporation, Minda was also on the SIS Program Management Executive Committee from February 2017 – March 2018 where they advanced program execution excellence through a focus on standardizing process and procedures in the Harris Space and Intelligence Systems (SIS) segment. Additionally, they served on the SIS Team 3 Steering Committee from February 2016 – March 2018 to support leadership initiative for mid-level career development at Harris SIS.
