Tracey Gran

Tracey Gran is the senior vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer, and corporate secretary at St. Catherine University. In this role, Gran oversees the University’s financial planning and analysis, investment portfolio, financial services relationships and transactions, and legal affairs, as well as overseeing multiple departments. Prior to her promotion, she served in St. Kate’s finance department for 16 years, including as vice president for finance and controller. Under Gran’s leadership, St. Kate’s has made significant strategic investments that have led to a strong and sustainable foundation of financial stability for years to come.

Prior to joining St. Kate’s, Gran gained over a decade of industry experience, including internal audit positions in public higher education with Minnesota State and Nash Finch Company, a publicly-traded Fortune 500 wholesale/retail organization.

Gran has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Winona State University.
