Austin Swartout

Austin Swartout, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at St. Catherine's Center for Children since October 2021, with previous roles as Human Resources Generalist and Staff Development Specialist. Prior to this, Austin held positions at Utech Products, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, and at the New York City Criminal Justice Agency and Capital Cardiology Associates as a Human Resources Assistant. Additionally, Austin began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Hudson Valley Community College.
