Shelley MacHens

Shelley Machens serves as the Chief of External Campuses at St. Charles Community College since 2018, providing strategic leadership for its external campuses and presiding as Foundation Board President to enhance networking and fundraising efforts. Prior to this, Shelley held the position of VP of Business Development at Applied Silver, Inc., where innovative silver-ion technology was promoted across various sectors, and developed strong customer relationships. Previous roles include Area Sales Director at Aerobiotix, Inc., Sales Specialist at Abbott Laboratories' Point of Care Division, Sales Director at Xenex Disinfection Services, and Territory Account Manager at Applied Logic, Inc. Shelley holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Lindenwood University.
