Iris Santiago is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis and customer service. Currently serving as a Business Analyst for St. Charles County Government since December 2021, Iris has previously held positions as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens from October 2014 to May 2022, and as an Account Manager at Fiserv Output Solutions from April 2010 to December 2021. Earlier in the career, Iris worked as an Account Executive at MIN Direct from September 2003 to April 2010, developing strong skills in client relations and account management throughout various roles.
