Jacob Garrett is a seasoned professional in data analytics and environmental science, currently serving as Data Analytics Manager for St. Charles County Government since October 2019. In this role, Jacob has developed and implemented analytics strategies, managed a team of data professionals, and ensured compliance with data privacy regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Data Engineer and Geographic Information Systems Specialist, where Jacob built automated data pipelines and conducted in-depth GIS analysis. Additional experience encompasses environmental consultation and project management at various organizations, including Civil Design, Inc. and the U.S. Forest Service. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from Oregon State University.
