Kelly Grote

Kelly Grote is an experienced Applications Analyst II at St. Charles County Government, contributing to various departments as an Information Systems liaison since October 2014, and managing software implementation projects. Prior experiences include serving as a GIS Technician, Adjunct Professor for meteorology and earth science courses at Lindenwood University and Southwestern Illinois College, respectively, and working as a Meteorologist at Savannah River National Laboratory, focusing on emergency response and air quality. Kelly Grote holds a Master's of Science in Meteorology from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
