Olivia Andriot is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as an HR Applications Analyst II at TriHealth since July 2014, Olivia has held multiple roles within the organization, including Human Resources Business Analyst and HR Service Center Consultant. Prior experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant at Xecutive Metrix™ and as a Marketing Assistant at Bayley Place, where skills in systematizing policies and effective communication were developed. Olivia also contributed to event planning and marketing efforts during a co-op at the College of Mount St. Joseph, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the same institution.
