Jessica Petkovic

Jessica Petkovic has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Their most recent position is as the Director of Primary Care at St. Charles Health System since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Neighborcare Health for a significant period, starting as a Quality Improvement Associate in January 2004 and progressing to roles such as Clinic Administrator, Associate Director of Clinical Operations, and finally Director of Clinical Operations from February 2007 to January 2021. Jessica also worked as a Project Manager/Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky from November 2004 to September 2006, where they managed teams and contributed to various research projects. Jessica briefly served as a Performance Improvement Analyst at New Vista (formerly Bluegrass Regional Mental Health) from November 2004 to June 2005. Additionally, they gained experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens in the summer of 2004 and as a Quality Improvement Associate at Health Alliance Medical Plans from January 2004 to March 2004.

Jessica Petkovic has a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Kentucky. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In addition to their education, they hold certifications as a Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional from the National Association of Rural Health Clinics, obtained in December 2023, and as a TeamSTEPPS® Master Trainer from St. Charles Health System, obtained in the year 2023.
