Stephen Jansen

Stephen Jansen, M.P.A., serves as the Performance & Quality Improvement Manager at St. Charles Youth & Family Services since January 2021, where responsibilities include program development, regulatory compliance, and performance management across multiple programs. Jansen co-chairs the Community Collaborative Commission on Police Reform for the City of Milwaukee, contributing to policy revisions and community surveys. Previous roles include Initial Assessment Specialist for DMCPS, Case Manager II at Goodwill Industries, and Employment Consultant at Creative Employment Opportunities. Jansen holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and multiple degrees, including a BA in Political Science and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Additionally, Stephen is a singer/songwriter with the band Virgin Ambition, actively performing in the Southeastern Wisconsin region.
