Karin Mayer

Karin Mayer is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach, currently leading KEM Leadership Coaching since October 2023, where the focus is on helping leaders integrate their career and personal lives. Karin serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at St. Clair County Community College, teaching business and computer science, drawing on a wealth of real-life experience in consulting and corporate IT. Previously, Karin held the role of Managing Director at Deloitte, providing coaching to peers and clients while managing large global SAP S/4 programs. Prior experience includes Senior Program Manager at Delphi, SAP Program Manager at Dominion Semiconductor, and Staff Programmer at I.B.M. Karin’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems from Marist College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York.
