Kathleen Gallagher

Kathleen Gallagher serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at St. Clair County Community Mental Health since July 2015, where responsibilities include providing leadership and oversight of all clinical programs and developing objectives aligned with the agency's strategic plan. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Program Director, overseeing behavioral health services offered to children and adults, and served as Program Supervisor for Children's Behavioral Health Programs from April 2007 to February 2015, offering clinical and administrative direction. Kathleen holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University.
