Rich Taylor

Rich Taylor is an experienced leader in facilities management and construction, currently serving as Vice President of Facilities Management and Operations at St. Clair Health since July 2017. Prior to this role, Rich Taylor was a Program Manager in the Construction - Health Services Division at UPMC from October 2013 to July 2017, working on projects for UPMC Passavant and UPMC St. Margaret Hospitals. Earlier in their career, Rich Taylor held the position of Senior Project Manager at Plano-Coudon, LLC from March 2008 to October 2013 and served as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from 2001 to 2008. Rich Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University between 1997 and 2001.
