Stefan Koller

Stefan Koller is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, coaching, and strategic development. Currently serving as Leiter Human Resources at St. Claraspital AG since September 2024, Koller oversees a team of 16 employees and provides guidance to management on HR-related issues. Previously, Koller held the position of Head of Human Resources at CARBOGEN AMCIS, where responsibilities included managing HR and facility management for approximately 40 staff, leading digital HR transformation projects, and advising the executive team. Koller has extensive experience across various HR roles in companies such as Coop and held positions in sports psychology and education, including founding their own consulting firm. Koller’s education includes multiple degrees in psychology and law, supporting a comprehensive understanding of human behavior in organizational settings.
