Reed Wanless Patterson

Reed Patterson is an experienced educator with a strong background in outdoor and interdisciplinary education. Currently serving as a GSA Staff Advisor and Upper School Teacher in the Science and Interdisciplinary Studies Departments at St. Clement's School since August 2019, Reed has previously held various educational roles, including Elementary Teacher for French Immersion at Toronto District School Board from September 2013 to June 2019. Reed's outdoor education experience includes positions as an Outdoor Educator and Canoe Guide at multiple organizations, such as Kinark Outdoor Centre and Camp Tanamakoon. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Curriculum & Pedagogy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education in Junior/Intermediate Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from McGill University. Reed is actively registered with the Ontario College of Teachers, with additional qualifications extending into April 2024.
