Cindy Sechrist

Cindy Sechrist has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cindy currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Hampton Golf since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Paychex where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, Human Resources Consultant, Senior Human Resources Generalist / Account Manager, and HR Generalist from 2011 to 2022. Before joining Paychex, they worked at Baptist Health where they held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Baptist Beaches, Team Leader of Employee Benefits, Compensation Analyst / HRIS, and Benefits Coordinator from 1996 to 2006.

Cindy Sechrist completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Jacksonville University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Public Relations from the University of North Florida from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their academic qualifications, Cindy also holds certifications. Cindy obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2000 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
