Natalie Van Buren, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist for Hampton Golf, a leading golf course management company overseeing a significant workforce across multiple locations. With a strong background in organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment, Natalie possesses extensive experience in policy implementation and employee consultation. In addition to this role, Natalie owns and operates Natalie Schwartz Photography, focusing on client relationships and social media marketing strategies.
