Joshua Neumann

Joshua Neumann currently serves as the Director of DII Sport Performance and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at St. Cloud State University since December 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Sport Performance Coach at Carleton College from August 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Ford Motor Company and as an Event Manager at Concordia University-St. Paul, where responsibilities involved organizing and overseeing events. Joshua has also interned as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Intern, leading athletic teams in tailored exercise routines and logging athletes' performance data. Earlier roles include Head of Security at Stella's Fish Cafe and Position Coach at Stone High School, where Joshua led the defensive line and contributed to strength and conditioning efforts. Joshua's educational background consists of a PhD in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul, along with a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Sports Psychology from the same institution, and an Associate's degree from Pearl River Community College.
